	DOORS ON ONE END OR BOTH ENDS
	DELIVERY: No charge in my working radius (50 miles Norfolk, Lincoln, Omaha) if kept for 4 months -- $2 per loaded mile beyond the 50 miles
	PICKUP: $200 if kept less than 4 months -- $25 credit for each month kept after the first month $100 if kept less than 1 year or have less than 10 units on rent -- more than ten no charge in 50 miles radius
	ADVANTAGE: This type of storage unit is Safe because it is Ground Level. No crawling up into a semi trailer. No OSHA approved steps.
	SECURE: Most boxes were new 1999, and have a floor capable of supporting a fork lift. Boxes are delivered and arranged in neat rows or as manager directs.
